What to write to us about
A question about the game. RTP, the jackpot wheel, free spins, which variant to pick, how to deposit in AUD. If the answer isn't already on the site, ask and we'll help, and probably add it to a page so the next person finds it faster.
Your own player review. This is our favourite kind of message. Played Mega Moolah in Australia? Tell us how it went — the win, the bad beat, the casino experience. We publish the good and the bad on the player reviews page, lightly edited for length. Include your first name and city if you're happy for them to appear.
A correction. Think a figure's wrong or a casino detail is out of date? Tell us. We check it, and if we're wrong, we fix it in public. Accuracy matters more to us than ego.
Partnerships or media. Casino operators, affiliates, or press — reach out and we'll point you to the right person. Note up front: commission never changes our rankings, and our methodology explains why.

What we can't help with
We're an independent guide, not a casino, so we can't access your casino account, process deposits or withdrawals, or resolve a payment dispute. For anything to do with your balance, a stuck withdrawal, or KYC, you'll need to contact the casino's own support team directly. They have your account. We don't.
If a casino on our list is treating you badly, though, do tell us. That kind of feedback shapes our rankings, and it protects the next player.
